Research Abstract

We evaluated effects of ETS-GS , a new vitamin E derivative ,in rat model of acute hepatitis due to acetaminophen-administration. We compared at histological and biological change ,that ETS-GS attenuates acetaminophen-induced liver injury ,and the result suggested potential therapeutic ability of ETS-GS.
