Research Abstract

Some authors reported that anti-ZP antibodies cause infertility. In the present study, we intended to clarify the infertility mechanism of anti-ZP antibodies. As a result,we detected 6% of anti-ZP antibodies in IVF-ET patients and they reacted for ZPB.There was no significant difference of fertilization rate between IVF-ET patients with and without anti-ZP antibodies.
