Research Abstract |
The aim of this study was to investigate biological significance of HB-EGF targeted therapy under development for advanced ovarian cancer patients. We found HB-EGF had interaction with angiogenesis- and lipid metabolism-related gene and others to increase tumor growth and invasion, not only increase growth activity of cancer directly. These results contributed to create diagnostic method of sensitivity against HB-EGF targeted therapy.
