TRNA was separately extracted from each part of mouse inner ear, then miRNAs from organ of Corti, stria vascularis, lateral wall of cochlea, and vestibule system were analyzed. MiR-96, miR-182, and miR-183 were most abundant miRNAs in the mouse inner ear.
