| Research Abstract |
We extracted the DNA of 27 families (98sumples), including patients with recurrent aphthous stomatitis patients. We did the nucleotide sequence level typing on HLA-A,-B,-Cw,-DRB1 locus. We performed linkage study on each locus. Linkage disequilibrium was observed as DRB1 locus and the entire HLA-Cw <P=0.01, P=0.03>.And It was suggested that HLA-Cw*0303 has a signifficant association with recurrent aphthous stomatitis.
