Research Abstract |
We successfully cloned mRNA, which bound to NPM protein in ATDC5 cells (a mouse chondrosarcoma cell line). The gene was found to bind to NPM by REMSA assay, and furthermore, to regulate the growth and differentiation of chondrocytes invivo, utilizing a gene expression and knock-down techniques.
