Outline of Final Research Achievements |
A class of probabilistic input-output systems with a point process output are introduced. Statistical models useful for simulation and analysis concerning various phenomena such as neuronal firing are constructed by combining the input-output systems. A method based on shrinkage priors for simultaneous prediction and estimation for multivariate Poisson models are proposed.
