| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We developed and published general data screening software AICbased_Tool4DataVisualization for use of scientific researchers who are not necessarily familiar with statistical ways of seeing data. There exists correlation matrix as the traditional tool for data screening. This method, however, has two demerits ;(1)it cannot be applied to categorical data and (2)it cannot handle non-linear relations among variables. Our tool, on the contrary, (1) can be applied to categorical data and (2) can handle non-linear relations among variables.
