Research Abstract |
To elucidate the brain function, it might be important to know the specific neuron's activity during physiological condition on freely moving animals. We have developed the independently-movable multi-wire array system that enable us to explore the neuron expressed the specific photo sensitive ion channel induced by genetically engineering method, by examining the intermittent photostimulation.
