Research Abstract

Cationated collagen by acid treatment or by chemically modification is analyzed in transformation efficiency using cultured cells. Several derivatives of collagen alone did not show raise of transformation efficiency. Several additives are tested and optimal condition are elucidated. Around 10% raise in efficiency of transformation . Although 10 to 20 amino acid peptides for oral dose are tested for transformation, no samples showed outstanding raise in transformation efficiency.
