Research Abstract |
In this reserach, to establish epigenetics engineering for cellular differentiation, we have designed new biodegradable nanospheres for controlled release. A prepared new carrier was delivered into human leukemia HL-60 cells, resulting in significant differentiation to granulocytic cells.
