Research Abstract |
In this study, we focused on functional RNA expression in muscle during mechanical overload to explain a part of mechanisms of muscle hypertrophy. As a result, we got some data suggesting that mi-21 (micro-RNA) could be an important functional RNA to induce muscle hypertrophy.
