Research Abstract |
In this work, the construction of FRET-type fluorescence probes using HRM(heme regulatory motif)or transition metal ions binding protein SmtA was tried.Structural and functional characterization of the transition metal ion-containing chemotaxis signal transducer protein was carried out to obtain basic information for the construction of homing cells that can swarm spontaneously toward transition metal ions.
