Research Abstract |
To identify the binding proteins and binding sites of bioactive compounds, we planned ot develop novel affinity purification method using "metal enolate", which is derived from carbonyl compound and metal complex. As s result, by using solid-supported palladium complex, we successfully captured amino acid derivatives having carbonyl group as a palladium enolate in aqueous media. Moreover, we also succeeded in the reaction between electrophile having a fluorescent group and palladium enolate leading to fluorescent labeling.
