| Research Abstract |
Increase the needs for electronic evidence, some foreign countries provide rules of collecting electronic evidence. As practical matter, where Japanese company has branch in such country, that company request to obey that country's rules for collecting electronic evidence even sotred in Japan Computer system. In such a case, Japanese compay needs to prepare the cost other than litigation in the forein country.
