| Research Abstract |
(1)A research on volunteer guardians in Germany was full of suggestions to Japanese civil guardian systems. (2)Comparing civil guardians with district welfare officers and junior probation officers characterized civil guardian systems. And, to research on factors of promoting advocacy, examined historical facts in regard to Elizabeth Fry. (3) To research on factors of promoting civil guardian systems, surveyed adult guardian centers giving birth to civil guardians. To exchange views regarding social resources including judicial protection, attended at world conferences for social work.
