Research Abstract |
Positronium spin rotation under a magnetic field can be observed as an oscillation of detection rate of the annihilation radiation. Then, the strength of a local magnetic field can be estimated by the oscillation frequency of the detection rate. We measured the oscillation due to positronium spin rotation in a condensed matter (hexane) for the first time overcoming technical problems.
