Research Abstract |
To obtain the spontaneously fluorescent RNA in cells, we have expressed the randomized RNA library in E. Coli and analyzed the fluorescent characteristics in E. Coli. We have constructed RNA library binding to FMN (flavin mono nucleotide), which emits fluorescence and ubiquitously dispersed all over cells, and expressed the cDNA library in E. Coli. We analyzed the fluorescent characteristics of 10000000 E.Coli clones, however, we have not obtained the expected fluorescent RNA yet.
