Research Abstract |
NbN thin films for hot-electron bolometer (HEB) were first deposited on diamond which has advantages of a high thermal conductivity at cryogenic temperatures and a good terahertz transparency and its superconducting properties are also revealed. Superconducting properties of Boron-doped diamonds were studied and all-diamond Josephson junctions are first fabricated successfully.
