Research Abstract |
In order to develop a high efficiency micro heat pipe, a novel visualization technique for capillary condensation caused by nano structure was developed. Nano structure was fabricated on glass and silicon substrate by utilizing nano fabrication technique. Condensed water in nano structure was visualized by the use of environmental scanning electron microscope.
