Research Abstract |
An electron-beam induced fabrication was carried out for a cellular interface. An electric conductive three-dimensional nano structure was directly patterned to be utilized for a cellular electrode. We expect this technique would construct on-demand type cellular interface to connect the bio molecule of living cells to a monitoring system
