Research Abstract |
We have demonstrated that bio mimetic devices using spin glass materials, first of all. Room temperature operation is one of the most important functions to use them in a practical application. We have formed spin fluctuated devices at first. And then magnetic tunneling junctions, which are well used as magnetic devices such as hard disks, are fabricated with magnetic/ insulator/ spin glass tri-layers.
