Research Abstract |
We have established a bottom up process to fabricate novel ferroelectric photonic crystal with cavity structure using 2D close-packed monodispersed polystyrene nano-particles. The self-supported ferroelectric thin film is composed of a cavity structure and it showed ferroelectric properties.
