Research Abstract |
The purpose of this study is the fabrication of transparent conductive oxide films by environmentally-friendly flux coating method. In particular, highly crystalline, densely-packed zinc oxide (ZnO) layers were successfully fabricated using a mixed-chloride flux and a seed layer . Additionally, ZnO crystal layers were also prepared by irradiating a high-density atmospheric N2pressure plasma.
