Research Abstract |
Research and development toward the determination for the redox states of individual metal atoms in proteins from X-ray diffraction data sets collected near the absorption edges of the metals were performed by using the high-potential iron sulfur protein having the 4Fe-4S cluster and the Rieske protein having the 2Fe-2S cluster.
