Research Abstract |
Distribution of fruit and vegetables in Japan has a different characteristic with EU countries.The characteristic depends on originality of the food preference, which is the basis of the food culture. The purpose of our research is to get information about the relevance of distribution and food preference, and the effect of changes in food preference has on the distribution.
