Research Abstract

Results showed that imatinib inhibits the infiltration of abnormalbone marrow-derived cells into peripheral organs and blocked TNFα expression in thekidney and liver of diabetic animals. Therefore imatinib has a therapeutic potential fordiabetic complications.
