Research Abstract |
We tried to establish gene expression system in Bombyx mori in order to use Bombyx as a model for analyzing human disease. We used specific Bombyx strains which can be infected by AcNPV. After AcNPV containing a target gene (GFP gene) was infected in this specific Bombyx strains, GFP was transiently expressed in Bombyx.
