Research Abstract |
Microarray analysis revealed that 15 cellular factor genes were significantly upregulated along with HIV-1 expression in latently infected cells stimulated with TNF-α. Among the factors, Galectin-3 was found to promote HIV-1 expression through NF-κB activation in the cells.
