Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Multidrug-resistant gram-negative rods including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter spp. and Enterobacteriaceae has become one of the most serious public health worldwide. These pathogens often produce carubapenemase including IMP-, VIM-, NDM- and KPC-types. We tiried (attemped) to develop a easy and rapid detection method of carbapenemae-producing Gram-negative rods by using specific-antibodie.
