Research Abstract |
Pigeon dropping extract(PDE) induced chronic hypersensitivity pneumonitis model using A/J mice and BALB/c mice was prepared. Basophil specific monoclonal antibody(anti-CD200R3、Ba103) was injected to the mice one day before challenge of PDE every week during the following four weeks to deplete basophils, Specimens for pathological findings, collagen contents, and mRNA expression of several cytokines were prepared.
