Research Abstract |
We developed novel BAC transgenic mice with cDNA encoding a fusion protein of a fluorescent protein EGFP and a ribosomal protein L10a under control of the hepatic stellate cell-specific ADAMTS13 promoter. We detected EGFP-L10a fusion protein in the liver of the transgenic mice using Western blot and further observed fusion protein-expressing cells in sinusoid cells.
