| Research Abstract |
Prostaglandin-mediated inflammation was examined in Duchenne muscular dystrophy by examing urinary prostaglandin D_2 metabolite and expression of prostaglandin D_2 synthesis in muscles. It was found that urinary excretion of tetranor PGDMwas elevated in Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
