| Research Abstract |
To address the role of Prorenin Receptor(PRR) in bone metabolism, bone-specific PRR-deficient mice were analyzed. These mice displayed significantly reduced bone mass, inhibition of bone formation and decrease in the expression of osteoblast markers.
