| Research Abstract |
We tried to apply hibernation to hypothermia by intracerebroventricular injection of hibernation protein complex (HP complex) in the rat. However, it is difficult to obtain HP complex at present. So we examined HP complex synthesis from cDNA by cell-free protein synthesis system.
