Research Abstract |
This research was conducted to develop novel bio-material for the coating organic molecules for next generation medical implants. Especially, we focused to find the Minimum short peptide sequences to construct artificial Extracellular Matrix (ECM) to function as cell-selective performance. We succeeded to exhaustively screen the 8000 short peptide libraries for their cellular selectivity, anti-thrombosis effect, and ECM adhesive effect and found the minimum sequences and their rankings to construct artificial ECM.
