Research Abstract |
To realize high efficient energy down conversion device, first, I developed new size controlling method using dressed photon assisted process. And drastic decrease in the size distribution of ZnO quantum dot (QD) was realized. Second, I developed self assembly of nano particles pair formation (droplet) using dressed photon assisted process. By using ZnO QD and dye nanoparticles and selecting incident light wavelength, I realized to synthesize the droplet of ZnO and dye nanoparticles pair, and confirmed high efficient energy down conversion from ultra violet light to visible light.
