Research Abstract |
Proposal method was applied to the general benchmark problem and its result indicates that proposal method can search solutions successfully compared to previous work. Also, I confirmed proposal method's effectiveness by applying the problem which have to search solution locally and globally for practical problem. Moreover, I studied real world problems, agent control in video game and Protein Structure Prediction based on lattice Hydrophobic-Polar model. Especially, the result shows that proposed method can perform searching solution effectively in Protein Structure Prediction.
