Research Abstract |
I examined the regulation of energy metabolism-related factors by necdin-Sirt1 complex. Necdin-Sirt1 complex controlled Foxo1 acetylation and neuropeptide gene expression to modulate the hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis. I also found necdin regulates the mitochondrial biogenesis and function.
