Research Abstract |
Novel transcriptional regulators for intracellular glycated products monitoring and transcriptional regulation systems in mammalian cells have been investigated. A putative glycated product-responsive regulator (GprR) was cloned and found to function as GprR. A regulator based on the GprR was then designed as novel transcriptional regulator which allows intracellular GPs monitoring in mammalian cells.
