Research Abstract |
The purpose of this study is model construction in mental growth process of new physical education teachers. As the result, (1)new physical education teachers have been adjusting gap between ideal and reality.(2)They tried to think variously, and to satisfy the demand of the student and the guardian. (3)They were sorting out feelings.
