Research Abstract |
I performed Health and Nutrition Survey to find ways leads to preventing Lifestyle-Related diseases and diabetes on specific medical check-up.As a preliminary study, I conducted a Nutrition Survey on 1000 people in Mie Prefecture in 2011. As a second study, I conducted a Nutrition Survey on 7500 people in another region of Mie Prefecture in 2013. I selected stratified random allocation, to the study group for Nutrition Survey and the control group. I asked them about dietary habits, lifestyle and exercise using questionnare. For dietary intake questionnare was using BDHQ as a food frequency methods. As a result, consultation rate of Specific medical check-up was improved in the study group than control group. A marked difference was apparent between the dietary intake and consciousness lifestyle improvement .
