Research Abstract |
Peritoneal dissemination from gastric cancer is lethal disease, therefore understanding such molecular mechanism and establishment of new therapeutic strategy is essential. PPLGM, a small molecule which we discovered, has anti-tumor effect in gastric cancer cells through activating apoptosis pathway. Our study suggested the possibility that PPLGM is one of key drug for gastric cancer.
