In this research, I focused on the philosophy of a 20th century American philosopher, Wilfird Sellars. My approach to Sellars is characterized by its placing emphasis on the intellectual relationship that Sellars had with his contemporary thinkers. To be more specific, I considered how such philosophical strands as ethical intuitionism, evolutionary naturalism, and critical realism had influence on the formation of Sellars’s philosophy.
