Research Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to examine the contemporary British novelists’ reworking of canonical literary works of Modernism, and to establish the importance of their achievements. My articles focus on Ian McEwan’s Saturday (2005) and Zadie Smith’s On Beauty (2005).
