Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, I will discuss how international students experience their job hunting and employment in Japan. By analyzing their life stories, I will point out the significance of support from an early stage of study abroad and ‘a key person ‘ who support job hunting for international students to find employments in Japan. Also, I will describe the situation that they are having difficulties participating in Japanese society although they identify their selves as global talents. From above discussion, we can gain a suggestion about support for international students in order to realize sustainable a multicultural symbiotic society.
