Research Abstract

In China, it is diffecult to understanding the rural land law system, because there are old and new laws and policy. The Rural Land Exchange Market was established at ChongChing. trading Land Quota. This Land Quota is not clear to understanding legally, and may be bringing much more real estate bubble.
