Research Abstract |
Compulsory execution against real property may be commenced, when obligor is registered owner of the subject matter. The purpose of this study is to clarify why obligor must be registered owner. The main issue of this study is compulsory execution against an association which is not a juridical person. One result of this study is to show that obligor must be registered owner, because only register can be proof of the ownership and because due process should be given to the registered owner.
