Research Abstract |
This research is to analyze the relation between the basic lines revisions and party organizations through comparative case studies of British Labour Party, Japansese Socialist Party and German Social Democratic Party, mainly since 1980s. By applying institutionalist theory and "dominant coalition" model, this article examine the success and failure of the basic lines revisions and organizational reform of each party from comparative perspective. At the same time, I attempt to propose which party organaizations could respond to social changes better.
