Outline of Final Research Achievements |
These days, M&As and alliances for acquiring or developing technologies are increasing in high-tech industries. Accordingly the management of inventors is more complicated. My studies focused on firm’s R&D and analyzed the effect of the M&A and standardization to investors. I have two main findings. Firstly, the organizational integration after the M&A brought some confusion to the investors. Secondly, the alliance affected the firm's R&D process.
